Network Support
Our support is open to everyone, no matter whether we installed your network or not. If you have a problem with your network then we can quickly come on-site and get that problem fixed.
We are centrally located in the Midlands, in Leicester, and happily serve all Midland counties.
Regular Support Options
If you are looking for regular support then our service can be entirely tailored to your needs.
We can provide regular maintenance or responsive fault fixing with both On-Site visits and Remote Support available. We can also provide a complete Business IT Support Service for all areas of your IT systems, detailed on our sister website: www.hjb-it.co.uk.
You can choose to fix your support costs with a Fixed Monthly plan, or just pay for what you use with a Pay As You Go plan.
One-Off Support
We are happy to provide One-Off Support should your regular support be unavailable or just need urgent assistance.
